After completion of B.E.M.S 3 and 1/2 YEARS course, an individual can pursue a career in the following fields:

Can work as a Registered Medical practitioner in Electropathy anywhere in India.(According to the central ministry of Health & Family Welfare Govt of India,Newdelhi order no:N0.V.25011/276/2009-H.R) Dated:5.5.2010)
Opportunity to work as faculty/lecturer/Principal in Electropathy Medical Institutes.(There are more than 200 Electropathic institutes functioning in India under the affiliation of Nehm of India) It is not a fully developed system of medicine.It is considered as Electropathy/Electrohomepathy at the stage of promotion & development in Govt aspect .So if u do a right work for Electropathy such as writing books/Making videos /manufacturing medicine, you will become more popular among Electropaths in India.
